Documents, not dependency
If the work cannot continue after we leave, the engagement has failed. Every deliverable is editable, in your tools, and explained to the people who use it.

The practice
AGKS Holdings Ltd advises entrepreneurs, small businesses and commercial clients across Europe on how their operations are organised, documented and handed over.
What we are
We work on one layer of a business: the operational layer — how work is planned, who does it, how it is handed on, and what happens when someone is away. We do not sell software, we do not place staff, and we do not take over functions.
Engagements are delivered remotely through online consultations, structured assessments and written reports. Every engagement produces documents you own: maps, handbooks, template packs, matrices and measurement sheets.

How we work
If the work cannot continue after we leave, the engagement has failed. Every deliverable is editable, in your tools, and explained to the people who use it.
We state what was observed, over which period, and how it was sampled. We do not quote savings or benchmarks we have not measured in your business.
Legal, employment and regulated questions are outside our scope. We say so at the start of an engagement and again whenever a process change touches them.

Working with us
AGKS Holdings is a small practice: the person who scopes the engagement is the person who does the work. There is no account layer between you and the analysis.
We do not publish staff biographies, client names or engagement counts. When you get in touch, we will tell you who will run the work and what they have done before, in the first call.

A short description of where the work slows down is enough for us to say whether a diagnostic is the right starting point.
