What we collect

This website has two collection points.

• Enquiry form. Your name, email address, company name if you provide one, the service you selected and the message you write. These are stored in the website database and sent to our mailbox.
• Cookie preference. One value stored in your browser's local storage recording whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies. It stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not embed third-party media players. Server logs may record your IP address and request time as part of normal hosting operation.

Why we use it

Enquiry data is used to answer your enquiry and, if an engagement follows, to prepare a scope and deliver the work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Enquiry data is not used for marketing lists and is not sold or shared for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. Engagement records are kept for six years after the end of the engagement, to meet accounting and contractual record-keeping requirements.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider stores the website and its database. Our email provider carries correspondence. Both process data on our instructions. We do not share enquiry data with any other party unless required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Write to info@agksholdings.net and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If the way this site handles data changes — for example if analytics are added — this notice will be updated and the date at the top changed.
