Do I need to prepare anything?
No. A paragraph about what happens today is enough. If it helps, note the last three occasions where the process went wrong — the detail is more useful than a summary.
How quickly can an engagement start?
Diagnostics usually start within two to three weeks of a signed scope. Project work is scheduled after the diagnostic, so the design is based on your actual operation rather than an assumption.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We can work under your standard mutual NDA, or provide a short one. Nothing you send is shared outside the engagement.
Do you work in languages other than English?
Engagements are delivered in English. If your team works in another language, documents can be prepared in English and explained in session.
