What it covers
A small set of measures tied to delivery, not to activity: quote turnaround, first-response time, rework rate, hand-over delay.
Where work waits, how long, and what it costs in delay or rework. Based on observed data, with the sampling method stated.
Ranked changes with an owner, an effort estimate and the expected effect. No target percentage is promised before the measurement exists.

In practice
Consultancy is full of unsourced percentages. We do not quote a cost reduction we have not measured in your business, and we do not present a benchmark as if it were your result.
The review produces a baseline you own: the measures, the sampling window, the raw observations and the assumptions. If a change is later made, the same baseline is what you compare against — which also means you can hold us to it.
How it runs
Agree the three to five measures that matter, and how each will be captured.
Observation and system extracts, with the method and its limits written down.
Bottlenecks ranked by delay and rework, with the evidence behind each.
An owner, an effort estimate and a review date for each action.

Deliverables
Estimates are based on the sampled period and are stated as such. We do not provide financial audits, tax advice or investment advice, and we do not certify compliance with any standard.
